Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship in the US only.

I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! How do I fix this?
Email us at beautfultees@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can possibly edit your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit the order. Please review the shipping address before completing your purchase.

How can I return my order?
We do not accept returns on our items at this time. We provide exchanges only with certain restrictions. Please see Return Policy.

I received a shipping notification but when I click the link, I am unable to track my package. Did my order really ship?
When you receive your notification, it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes 2-3 business days for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check back later and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 4-5 business days for orders to be processed. After orders are processed, shipping generally takes up to 4-5 business days depending on the address. 

What should I do if my order shipped, but I never received it?
If your tracking information says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
